60 minute session $125
75-90 minute session $150
All sessions include crystals, aromatherapy, and sound healing
What To Expect
Each session begins with a check-in to discuss anything in need of healing. Clients are then invited to lie down on a massage table, fully clothed. The table is equipped with a Biomat® that calms the nervous system and reduces inflammation. Sound healing music plays in the background as Karen begins with aromatherapy and placing crystals on and around the client.
This assists the body in easing into a relaxed and open state necessary for healing to begin. Karen lays hands on as she discusses what she feels and guides the client into a deeper understanding of where and what physical or emotional energy is being held. Clients often report feeling a warming sensation, flow or tingling during or after a session. The session ends with a crystal bowl sound bath leaving the client feeling more balanced, calm and clear.
If in-person is not possible, distance healing is equally effective and available.
