About Karen

Karen has been a Reiki Master since 2013.  She has honed her intuitive abilities working in a variety of helping professions over the past 30 years. As a credentialed teacher with many years of teaching experience, Karen has developed a calm and nurturing presence that puts people at ease and makes them feel safe and understood. Through patience, compassion and strong intuitive abilities, she easily connects with and gently guides her clients as they embark on a healing journey. She believes in the importance of empowering her clients to tap into their own healing powers. Having experienced her own profound transformation, Karen is committed to creating a safe space for others to go to the deepest layers quickly, so they too can heal and live a less stressful and more joyful life.

· Bachelors’ degree in Recreation Therapy specializing in Mental Health

Outside of healing, Karen loves spending time with her husband and two adult children, especially while participating in outdoor activities. Her favorites include hiking, biking, and yoga – the latter of which she finds crucial in maintaining her spiritual connection with her physical body. She truly believes in the healing power of connecting with the earth, harnessing this connection as a benefit for both her personal and professional life.
